I also read real OO (Olive-Oil) becomes thick and cloudy when refrigerated.

But you cant smell it or refrigerate it until you buy it.

This is ridiculous!

And does it really make allot of difference how old it is? MH suggested I buy a gallon. But it would take years for me to go through a gallon.
