Thanks Steve.
I also read real
OO (Olive-Oil) becomes thick and cloudy when refrigerated.
But you cant smell it or refrigerate it until you buy it.
This is ridiculous!
I found a list of supposed real olive oils at
http://www.realfoodforlife.com.
Corto Olive
Cobram Estate
California Olive Ranch
Kirkland Organic
Lucero (Ascolano)
McEvoy Ranch Organic
Ottavio
Omaggio
Whole Foods California 365
Olea Estates
Trader Joe’s California Estate
McEvoy Ranch
Chacewater California
Ellora
But how do we know for sure?
And does it really make allot of difference how old it is? MH suggested I buy a gallon. But it would take years for me to go through a gallon.
Thanks again.
