Re: Is it safe to dilate the pupils?

My left eye feels stiff and heavy, and to a small extent, also my right eye. The stiff and heavy sensation is also around my left eye and extends to the centre of my scalp.

Recently a neurologist diagnosed it as a dysfunction of the third (?) branch of the cranial nerve. Others have thought of it as a cervical spine issue, lymphatic congestion, liver congestion, even sinus and eye muscle related but the last two I think are more results than causes.

It makes it difficult for me to use my eyes normally. I can see fine but am not able to make proper eye contact.
