If I were you I would build my own generator to make a quality Ionic Silver generator.

If you can't order current limiting diodes (2 milliamp) then just put a potentiometer in series with your anode to limit current to 2 milliamps and use any old 24 to 36 volt power supply.
If you insist on reducing ionic to perticle, the instructions are in that file also.
