I can feel them in my throat and sometimes mouth

At first I got rid of my toothbrushes I thought the bristles were lodging in my mouth This was the first time I became aware of such a thing I started to look on line
It is a new battle ground for me but there are less and less of these disgusting parasites
I drink scalding hot drinks often
Tea , hot lemon ,coffee,with No sugar
They like Sugar and after a few hours seem to come up to feed I assume from my lungs SOOO GROSS

I feel them early morning and late at night
After I floss and clean my teeth I hold a large mouthful of mouthwash in my mouth for at least five minutes I used to see a batch like a clump in the dark blue mouthwash when I spat out the mouth wash into the white sink
It is like they blow bubbles in my throat and eyes
I also sniff nasal mentholate Sometimes put vicks up my nose My eyes water with them and I use eye drops
I only have one or two in my nose now daily ,used to be 10 to 20
I could always feel them Like a tiny piece of white thread moving in my nose Tweet
