Extremely weak digestive system and weak colon and bowel function: Suggestions needed
Hello,
It would help me to have some inputs on following questions:
(1) How can one improve weak digestive system and make colon muscles stronger to have regular bowel movement?
(2) Due to doing daily enema,
parasite cleanse and restricted diet, my mineral levels (Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium) have become quite low, how can one naturally increase them?
(3) I have acute weakness, cramps, bone loss due to
parasite cleanse and not having regular bowel movement for the last 2 years. How to improve this situation?
(4) Since herbs are not working to do
parasite cleanse, would any other protocol work? Such as homeopathy, ayurveda, Chinese herbs, or any other.
My background:
I am 39 years old male. I was doing daily enema (
coffee enema and plain water enema) for 2 years. It was necessary as I was doing parasite cleanse and enema was helping me to get rid off dead parasites.
During the last phases, my colon muscles became so weak, that having a bowel movement even with enema became difficult.
I went to a naturopathic hospital, and they suggested to stop doing enema. So for the last 1.5 months, I stopped doing enema.
They gave me some tinctures, herbs, and instructions so have bowel movement without enema.
So far there is improvement though very gradual.
I had to stop doing parasite cleanse due to weak digestive system. My diet is still restricted as I can't digest even raw vegetables, fruits etc.
I don't take any dairy, gluten. Take a lot of home-made probiotic drink, quinoa, lentils, boiled eggs, boiled vegetables etc.
Appreciate the help.
