Hello I know you posted almost 2 years ago but I am in the same situation. I get an outbreak every month which takes 2 weeks to heal.I've had it for 2 years now. I've tried everything from bht, Oregano oil, etc. I want to try your method, can you please proves exactly the things you used and the brand of those you used, I would like to use the same exact stuff you used.
