According to chronometer my b12 and folate are good to go. I am well over the RDA for each of them.
I am interested in Zinc I am just concerned about copper loss, but I am also worried about being copper toxic so i am afraid of taking supplemental copper. Ive had my blood copper tested in the past and it was in the normal reference range, but I know that doesn't say much if there is a toxicity issue.
I am taking cod liver oil I forgot to mention that as a supplement.
I am eating lots of red meat to try to get my zinc up. I do have a few white spots on my nails that are new
I am currently looking for an integrative doctor because I am trying to get to the point of this problem

PS the weight gain has leveled off. I was just holding on to a lot of water for some reason.
