How's your folate and b12 intake?
Zinc too, that helps complete the glutathione cycle.
Foods-
Calf liver, gently fried,
rocket or kale salad with garlic and red onions
Eggyolks, plenty.
Suggestion: Lower fruits in favor of greens and sulfur-rich vegs, steamed and raw. Folate can help complete the glutathione cycle, get beetroot juice!! (major booster to that cycle.)
Porkmeats can contribute to inflammation levels, but right now sounds like there's lots of stuff to be cleaned out, and
Iodine goes that!
Sounds like dieoff reactions, but the MTHFR difficulty explains itself, small logjam towards working with iodine.
Need to tweak the balance if it's stopping your sexual cycles (that's a hormonal change).
Strong-tasting olive oil pulling can help clean out the lymph system, which is where the hormones are generated. A strong taste is non-mild, non-fruity- carries the olive essential oils (which is part of olive leaf extract too) which helps kill the bacteria that like to hide in the lymph.
Coconut oil is most beneficial in topical application (personal experience), it doesn't contribute signifigantly to the cleaning of the intestinal tract, so I reserve it for frying when I go at that.
