These are all symptoms of thyroid issues. In particular, the feeling as though someone were grabbing the front of your neck. But all of your symptoms point to thyroid.

You might want to have your thyroid levels tested by a Naturopathic doctor that specializes in treating the thyroid. Most doctors don't know how to test for thyroid issues....so make sure it is someone who specializes in it. Tweet
