A video I watched re: Miracle-Mineral-Supplement said that whereby they used to recommend taking a lot at once they now recommend taking a smaller amount every hour throughout the day.

Maybe that would result in lower and steadier blood sugars.

My son has Type 1 Diabetes. One thing I learned from watching my son's blood Sugar with a DEXCOM monitor:

1. If you eat carbs with NO FAT blood Sugar will not go up high or stay high.

2. If you combine FAT + CARBS blood Sugar will go very high, and no matter how much insulin you take the FAT keeps the blood sugar high.

3. Also, if you eat FAT with low carb food (ex: veggies) your blood sugar will stay low and steady.
