Im no expert here, but from my own experience I can share the following:
Coated Tongue = Candida (fungus issues)
Spleen Issues = Hypoglicemia
Liver Gb Issues = Eyes, Skin, Hair n Bones

So, they are all related. But the keys to restore chronic health issues in general are:

Fixing your diet by following one particular protocol which mostly focusing on Elimination Diet and see it from there ( you can always tweak it to meet ur constitution),
Addressing your gut and liver at the same time through coffee enemas and flushes, and other natural treatments you can find here or elsewhere. So, its pretty much a huge revolution and lifestyle intervention.
