Re: Serum Magnesium to Calcium Ration Question

If a person is really low in methyl-group nutrients, the body can't metabolize the selenium properly for completing the glutathione cycle.

Also, selenium is something yeast loves to eat. People with chronic illness often have fungal-style colonies hanging out in their gut that eat it up instead of the nutrient nourishing the patient. It's why folk often end up having to take note and more of a supplement to get the same effect.

parasite cleansing, clean diet, saponin-rich herbs, Wormwood , radishes, probiotics, oregano oil, cinnamon oil all have the effect of killing off biofilms. A lowered immune system usually has terrible eliminating them because the colonies attach to the gut wall with protein structures that mimic human protiens. They act like multi-bacterial cities of sorts and are very good mutation grounds.

See the subject of ropeworms if you get curious.
