colostrum and lactoferrin

Just be careful, you are being very rough on your system, and I am not sure taking that amount of oil on an empty stomach is healthy.

Have you heard of colostrum or lactoferrin?

Read up on these products, particularly colostrum, in relation to candida. There have been scientific studies done.
