Guys..So for one week I barely ate anything. The first three days just lemonade and antifungals and probiotics. Some days I would take both or one or the other based on how I was feeling that day. Around the third day my intense craving for
Sugar went away but my other symptoms, fbo, gas, bad breath, were still there. I was now having diarrhea instead of constipation tho or some weird mix of both. After a week I felt like my symptoms got worse so I got desperate. Yesterday I drank like a whole glass of coconut oil. Oh boy..I started to feel horrible like two hours later and had bad diarrhea. I then still felt horrible so I caved in ate half a sandwich, a half bottle of coke, and a 1 1/2 small slices of pizza. Then I had diarrhea like 10 times throughout the night. And I didnt even want to look to see what was coming out. Finally the last time I had to use the bathroom I did look and I saw white mucous things in there. I mean I didn't have my contacts in and I peeked for like 5 seconds but ya I definitely think that was candida coming out.
I have these dark spots around the corner of my lips called angular chelitis. They're caused by vitamin b deficiency and fungus or bacteria or both. I've been using three kinds of anti-fungal medicines for the last three months to get rid of it and even though there was very slow process it was never really gone. Two days of putting coconut oil on there and completely gone. It made me think wow this coconut oil is probably a lot more powerful than I thought.
I read this study online where scientists gave rats different kinds of oils and tested for candida and the rats given coconut oil had ten fold less candida present after four days. So I'm thinking Coconut oil may really be one of the best most effective ways to get that candida out.
Not only does it kill it but it flushes it all out too. I'm going to take another cup today on an empty stomach. Crossing my fingers.
