Sounds like you pretty much have things covered. Except the probiotic for the daily dose is 1/3 of one capsul of what I mentioned, and I take 3 a day. I guess you probably shouldn't go against the Dr's Rec, unless you ask again.
I didn't have an idea about the brain fog, and it just occured to me that If you haven't already maybe you should check out Dave Asprey who supposedly a Biohacker. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ffpxYQyJlUw He has many videos.
