I passed similar things during a parasite cleanse. My humble opinion is that they may be part of a parasites nest- the walls of it. Sometimes the one I passed had black spots on it, which I assume where the eggs.
I suggest that you buy a box of Reese's Pinworm medicine (avail. in drug stores on the shelves) and some cod liver oil capsules. Freeze the capsules. When they are frozen, take 6-12 of them on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning. Eat breakfast and then take a dose of the Reese's pinworm. The next day take a laxative if things haven't moved. Check your stools for the next few days for further evidence of the parasites.
If no parasites, assume that the rolled up things were tomato skins.
Try eating a totally organic diet for the next 3 weeks to see if it helps your Crohn's. WE are all being poisoned by pesticides in food.
