Re: Gallbladder Sludge

I have also been diagnosed with gallbladder sludge a year ago. Nothing else was said, suggested, recommended.

I was in a toxic marriage and drank allot. Wanted to die some days. Now that she is gone, I have quit all my bad habits and am doing my best to eat real low fat foods. Yet I still have pressure at my RUQ. Not painful , but pressure mainly when I sit down. I occasionally have pain on the left spleen side and other times lower, but never all at once. Am I slowly passing stones?

I have done maybe three or four Clark liver flushes. The first felt the most productive, but I didn't have a colander or want to dig around at all. I know I should do more flushing but I keep looking for some edge to help my flush's be more productive. Also reading people debunking Liver Flushing but I recently found this as ammunition. http://www.aafp.org/afp/1998/0215/p785.html

Thank you lakshmi7 for your input as maybe your suggestions can get me through this. Because after years of pressure, I'm worried my condition might get worse.
