What is this?

Found this guy in my stool yesterday. Can anyone identify??? Took to dr. He has no clue but sent to pathology He def thinks this is a worm/ parasite but unsure of type. Nurse thought it was a toothpick I had swallowed without knowing while eating a sandwich. (No I'm not kidding and neither was she) Anyone have any ideas??
