What are signs of Candida flare ups

Hi guys, I'm just wondering what signs are of a candida flare up? Specifically, how long it takes to see a reaction.

I had a candida overgrowth, which manifested as a rash / eczema on my forehead (red bumps and itchy). After 5 weeks of a restricted diet and Pau D'arco, the doctor advises that the candida has decreased and the evident symptoms are starting to subside. However, I know there is still a bit of work to do to rebuild the good bacteria and heal the leaky gut.

How do you know if the candida is flaring-up? How long before you see a reaction?
