Hi guys, I'm just wondering what signs are of a candida flare up? Specifically, how long it takes to see a reaction.
I had a candida overgrowth, which manifested as a rash / eczema on my forehead (red bumps and itchy). After 5 weeks of a restricted diet and Pau D'arco, the doctor advises that the candida has decreased and the evident symptoms are starting to subside. However, I know there is still a bit of work to do to rebuild the good bacteria and heal the leaky gut.
How do you know if the candida is flaring-up? How long before you see a reaction?

This is a reply to # 2,329,185If your eczema symptoms were related to your intestinal imbalance, it is possible that next time you experience intestinal imbalance, it gets manifested as eczema flare.

This is a reply to # 2,329,185I have seen it too, eczema warning me the yeast is reproducing. Now that my leaky gut is fixed, I am supporting my liver big deal and the eczema has disappeared. I could not get a timeframe. ..but I felle lucky I can rely on my skin to let me know there is a major issue in my bowels.
