Re: Hit a wall and need help getting on the right path...

So I wanted to update-
I took 2 weeks off all Iodine and selenium.
I made sure I did salt pushes and felt back to normal (minus the anxious energy.)
I started back taking 12.5mg of Iodine with 200mcg or selenium. Only issues arising are my eye lashes being stuck together in the morning and a few itchy spots on my skin and am going to pulse dose 5 days on 2 days off.

Victory for me- I took my temperature the other day and it was 98.5. 3 years ago I was around 96.5 all the time even at doctors visits and they never thought anything about it.

I am hoping to just get my tissues replenished with Iodine and the bromide out. I am just working on the slow and steady route and start feeling 100% soon. Tweet
