pylori and mucosa questions

Maybe I can make some progress. Histology came back positive for chronic H Pylori.

I am not sure if I'm going to even do the triple therapy because there are also a lot of other problems including roundworms and other parasites. I read that Pylori could also just be opportunistic.

I always did well with licorice and ginger and some other herbs that keep pylori in check but nothing has eradicated it.

Also Suspecting babesia or other blood parasites due to symptoms of oxygen starvation.

I'm curious about this symptom if anyone else has it or knows what might be causing it: after certain meals the mucosa on the side of mouth sort of peels off, it's not really ulcered (or maybe it is?). It comes and goes, sometimes onions can cause it sometimes oats or a bunch of other foods.
