Bio-compatibility of Dental implant cement

I recently (and reluctantly) got a dental implant to replace a molar I had removed. It is a Zironia implant so the implant and abutment are one piece. I am concerned about the placement of the implant, hopefully there is a lot of "adjustability" in the how the crown can be located. If so, I am still somewhat concerned. Hopefully I can get some reassurance from the dentist in a couple weeks on my follow up visit. Since the whole reason I paid more for Zirconia was biocompatibility, I will also want to use the most bio-compatible cement available. Does anyone have any information on what Cements tend to be the most bio-compatible? I appreciate any help you can give me, Thanks!
