Take ground flaxseeds in yoghurt in the morning, heaping tablespoons. You can make a smoothie w unsweetened coconut milk, fresh papaya, banana, flaxseeds, ginger and whatever else you like. Take probiotics every day w milk or yoghurt. Eat a lot of whole fats every day, coconut oil,vit e, olive oil on your salad, organic full fat butter, bone broths.
You can also try miralax but flaxseeds always work for me. After a few months of cleansing this should get better but keep on the fats every day.
