MIZMAC, or anyone, question on stool softening

MIZMAC - just tried to DM you and was blocked by the administrator; no idea why - I had a question for you on alternative stool softeners, nothing seems to be working for me.

I'm now taking 2 Activated Hydrogen in 330ml coconut water and nothing, 3 senna does nothing. I'm at a loss what to do; I went more regularly before I started all this. I have canned the magnesium peroxide based on your comment re biofilms.

Dulco lax is meant to be stronger, but also very painful.....

Thoughts on how to get moving? Anyone?
