I agree this is definitely some parasite related as I have these symptoms as well and the weird vibrating, buzzing has happened too mostly in my back shoulder areas but has occurred on the scalp too, the crawly. Also nose twitches. I also have been recently diagnosed with lyme. So I believe that to be accurate. As I have researched I came across articles from LLMD's that co-infections can involve strongyloids. So it certainly is in the realm of possibilities. I know I have something bad and filarial related. I just don't understand how to treat it. Ivermectin is helping but it needs something more so I am hoping to learn and get better. My llmd seems to think if the sores are not leaving scars then it is not Morgellons. Which that is not always the case.
