I can only speak about calendula ointment because I have not tried the other 2. Personally I found the calendula ointment is probably not the best moisturiser because it stopped the lips from scabbing but I don't think it helped heal the area. I didn't use it consistently though but I just felt it seemed to strip the upper layer of epidermis that actually we want healed. I'm using a steroid ointment as part of the moisture method. So far the steroid seems to work best at keeping the scabs on and the lips looking normal, but anything you can tolerate well is probably the best best. Daniel Miller user aquaphor prior to healing and he can vouch for it, but like every ointment they all taste disgusting and it's a chore applying them.
