Okay, so maybe limit the intake to about 8-12
ounces a day, just in the morning? This will be hard at first for me, because I am shocked at how delicious my urine actually tastes. It will be very tempting in the afternoon to not have some. I am completely shocked and I really wasnt prepared for the possibility that I could even get a few drops on my tongue down without gagging or throwing up. So, you can probably imagine the utter disbelief in me actually totally enjoying every drop. At first, I thought "there must be something wrong," because conventional wisdom would dictate urine is nasty and repugnant. But, I have gathered those impressions are coming from pundits who have never tried it. I guess my only real regret is I didn't try it sooner. I still am led to believe the reason it tastes so good to me is because my body is actually benefitting from it. I know other doubters out there and some who have even tried UT will think I'm crazy when I say it tastes fabulous to me, but I have no reason to say otherwise if it wasnt a fact for myself. My task now is to simply limit the intake to about 10
ounces a day,which will be depriving myself a little of something I like, but I guess it will be like other foods that taste good you shouldnt over-indulge in. Have you heard about "looping" and the benefits or dangers in it? Thanks
