From what I understand, if you were feeding the yeast, it wouldn't be dying. I don't think it's possible for the candida to grow so much that it experiences so much overgrowth that it runs out of space to populate and starts coming out in your bms, which is what it sounds like you are suggesting.
So if you are seeing yeast in your bowel movements that probably a good thing, however I don't know how far you will get on that diet. I treated candida with the standard anti-candida diet but different things work for different people so it might be effective for you.
