Die-off or superpopulation?

Hi guys.

I am doind a 801010 diet to beat candida. For many people it is a crazy way to do this because of the Sugar level, so diferent then usual candida diets. I know that. But I was reading about 801010 diet and, after 2 years trying many ways to beat candida, thought that I had nothing to lose.

After 1 week on this diet I start seeing candida in my feces. It only happened before when I was having a overgrowth (with huge symptoms). Than I had an overgrowth on the next thay and (like aways) it gone in two days. Now I am very well, with no symptoms, and keep seeing candida on my feces.

The question is: is it a sign of die-off (is the yeast going away)? Or is the candida population so big that is skipping on feces?

Thank you all!

Sandro
