I can't get into writing a few hundred pages, and honestly a lot of the people here are just aholes, but thanks for the attempt. It might be better if I just post on the RX forum because there seems to be a higher level of knowledge there. Not that I have any bias for RX, most of what I'm doing is all foods/herbs based.

I've been passing ungodly amounts of plaque for years and years along with a lot of parasites. I think some of the vomiting may have been from small intestine plaque getting stuck, it looks like a gigantic raisin with grooves in it. Still trying to research that.

I'm stuck now at parasites and bile blockage. The possible pylori and lesions I don't think are primary but I'm keeping an open mind. I stick with things that work ie coffee enemas and essential Oil Enema s help get the colon parasites out.

Tried organic diet years ago didn't seem to help much, but I don't do preservatives . ND's are junior criminals.

As I got healthier I had to change the diet around a lot, less protein, less fat, more carbs, more fluids. Magnesium, zinc, calcium, selenium, Iodine minerals help a lot in general.

Could never stick with p&b because it was too drying and got stuck but I'm going to retry it again in smaller doses. My colon is probably damaged with bad lesions too but not confirmed.

Any help with getting bile moving would be great.

I have zero tolerance for internet f***wits at this point in my life, especially since I work harder at this shit that almost anyone.
