That is correct. I'll say it more directly - the following little list of things all did NOT help me get rid of Depression or insomnia:
Omega 3 oils, avoiding sweets, avoiding estrogenic things, doing Liver Flushes , taking tyrosin, taking phenylalanine, taking zinc, taking B6, and attempting to avoid allergenic foods.
Some of those things may help other people, but in my case they did not. When I finally made sure I got enough L-tryptophan in my diet - that is what worked.
