Thanks Mizmac! You are probably one of the few here to heal yourself with an all natural protocol.
I said addiction because there is an enema page here that warns people not to overuse it. I am really a beginner so i am just trying to understand what is the best way to go. I have tried the small fleet enemas and they help when i am constipated but recently got a proper kit because the small ones have only small effects :)
Have you also done any colonics with magnesium citrate? I am still to do that one.
