Whether it's clogged bile ducts or a kidney stone take some epson salts orally. This will help no matter what it is. 2-3 tablespoons in 12 ounces of distilled water. Sip it slowly over 5-6 hours and drink lots of distilled water in between.

Don't take anything else. Use a heating pad for a while and then switch to a cold pack. Alternate.
The heating pad will increase blood flow and the ice pack will reduce inflammation.

Dark urine is kidney breaking down. The solution to the pollution is dilution. The epson salts relaxes the tissue to release any clog. Lots of distilled water to wash out the stones.
