Dark urine and abdominal pain

I have some serious abdominal cramping/pain going on right now for 3 days. Its extremely tender right at the solar plexus and radiates to my right in the liver area. Have tried 2 coffee enemas, adrenal mix and various scripts. Also have tingling sensations in random ares of my body. I have dark urine, never seen it this dark, which i think would point to the liver/kidney/gallbladder. Ive also taken olive leaf extract, chiandra piedra, NAC. Going through hot/cold sweats, inner ear pain. Feels like i was given a beating and bruised inside. Uncomfortable to breathe and move as well.

Obviously would like to stay away from the quacks, so any thoughts would be appreciated.
