help coffee enema causing inflammation

Hello.

I have been using coffee enemas and they are AMAZING. Best thing i have ever done.

I use 3TBSP coffee (organic) in 1 quart distilled water.

HOWEVER, after a while they started causing irritation. Now if i do a coffee enema i get stinging and burning in my colon for days after. It is NOT A DETOX REACTION it is irritation.

It still happenes with chammomile tea and aloe vera in the enema.

So i am wondering if it is because the solution is too acidic. Maybe i should try adding baking soda?

Does anyone have any ideas?

I think its because i do not evacuate all the coffee out, so it sits in my gut irritating it.

Please someone help me, coffee enemas have been the only thing that help my health and i REALLY want to be able to do them! I was thinking maybe i need caffine drops in water for an enema.

thanks
