You might look into the AIP diet. I have done it for agood while and very strict form6 months, and felt so much better and lost 33 pounds. It's basically an elimination diet. I did raw for a while, and for some reason AIP was easier for me and my body does better on it. Essentially you're removing all the foods that can be inflammatory. I had/have fibro and myo facial restriction. I have told a few others about it (MS, and Fibro) and they are doing so well and the bonus is they've lost a lot of weight too. It will take time, but so worth it. And there is a ton of info online about it and even more recipes. Hope this helps.
