I have a question for all the water fastings proponents.
I have fibromyalgia for the last 3 years and I have tried a lot of things . The only thing that works is water / juice fasting. The pain completely goes away when I fast for week but returns after i start eating ( even raw food) .
I have multiple other issues like polycystic ovaries and high cholesterol
I cant possibly Water Fast my entire life so does anyone know why this happens ? Why does my pain come back as soon as I start eating something ? And any suggestions as to how to control it ?
