Re: Question for those who have done dry fasting about "results"

I can be the same with the re-feeding. I do best when I stick to two meals a day, preferably within a 4-8 hour period. I really don't need the third (I skip dinner.. haha, well I try)
I also try not to eat for at least a few hours after waking. The longer the better. It eliminates that insulin attachment to food. Really, what's a bowl of cereal do except prime you for eating all the calories.. then you have to spread them out supposedly over 12 plus hours. I don't restrict calories at all, I want to all the calories I need for the day, just minimise the time.
Aside from that, i do what I want and stay fairly stable, negating blow outs with a full day fast.
Also, I don't exercise yet.. soon.. so maybe I'll want dinner then ;)
