You've got diabetes by the sounds of it. I pee a lot. Like, heaps. Over sensitive bladder and I can work on it by holding on longer, drinking better quality water (weird but true) etc, but not every few minutes. Maybe 20min sometimes. If you have any insulin production at all, working on it by doing regular (weekly or fortnightly fasts) and doing High Intensity Interval Training and heavg weights will yield results. The fasting much more so than anything else though. The healing I've gotten from fasting has occurred on short fasts, but the 3 day plus ones are the go. And the fasting did help with peeing, but not as much as holding on and ignoring false signals. All of that said, this is one time that you need to see a doctor. Also, drink most of your water in the morning.
