Re: Feeling very tired, muscles aching after coffee enema. What to do?

Absolutely continue with coffee enemas, but just do them at your own pace. Sometimes even doing a few per day can help more than just one. You can experiment with using more or less coffee in them. I used fresh ground coffee in a fancy Italian grinder to extract maximum amount of oils from the beans. But that's just how I roll.

If you are passing Tapeworm or other worm segments these are probably from the colon, but could possibly be from the liver. It takes a bit of time for things to travel from the liver out to the colon.

Take higher doses of triphala following the coffee enemas to help clear the toxins.

Instead of water enemas do saline enemas which will have less chance of depleting you.

Sleeping a lot during these phases is fine, just try to relax through it.

If psyllium constipates you then refrain from it, otherwise it might help.

Add in ginger teas/ginger enemas and guduchi herb to support the liver.

You can also try a large dose of hot cayenne pepper to see if this will get at your tapeworm, but it is also likely to throw you out of balance in other ways so don't to it every day.

Salty vegetable broth can help to keep from becoming depleted.
