I think it would be good to take a break and have some nourishing soups or juicing to get some strength and healing back. It sounds like you might have had a bit of a heaing crisis from the CE. They only happen when the liver is very toxic. My very first Coffee-Enema I had a bit of nausea and cold sweats during and after the Coffee-Enema but felt 85% improvement in overall health right after. It sounds like you need a break from the CEs. Take some time off and then start them again when you feel stronger. Something that helped me a lot was adding a tsp of celtic or Hymalayan Sea Salt to the CE. Makes it much more body freindly, easier to retain and cuts down on the reabsorbtion of toxins.
