infection after thailand journey and hair loss

hi ..

my problem started when i come back from thailand..in 12 april

20 april i notice hair thining
25 itching scalp
anf eyebrow loss and eyelashes too
in 20 may i feel something crawling on face and see scars increased everyday on my face.

some doctors said it is seb derm but it is not because it is contagious ..some members in family begin to loose eyebrows gradually too.

my eyebrow itching and there is always white things in eyebrows i do not know if it is dandurff or something else.

i think it is fungal infection so i use sporanox for 1 month but the problem still there because my family do not take the medicine with me so maybe i reinfect myself.

another doctor say stop sporanox for 2 weeks to make skin scrab sand see under the microscope.

now i stop sporanox and will examine that after two weeks..but i lose all my left eyebrow i do not know is this mites or scalp ringworm or what ?
