Re: Trying to safe my life, looking for help
Increased Intestinal Permeability Syndrome aka Leaky Gut. The feelings you have inside your body are most likely your immune system reacting against the undigested food entering your bloodstream. If you have asthma then it is for certain.
Irritable bowel is specifically your right transverse colon and is a result of an infection in your stomach.
I suggest that you look at iridology as it might show you the causes. Look for black cuts into your iris at the top of your right iris. This represents the leaky gut. Notice the effect on the right transverse colon which is where the irritable bowel comes into it.

The infection is protected by a biofilm and the bacteria is urease positive producing ammonia whenever you eat anything which produces acid. Ammonia in large doses stops energy production.
Your body needs protein but digesting it is extremely difficult. I suggest that you get a spit bucket and make sure that you do not swallow ANY saliva after you have eaten protein. Eating some fat such as omega3 or maybe coconut oil before you eat the protein will also help create a barrier and will also provide calories to help maintain your body weight. Taking pancreatin should help digest the fat and protein quickly. Practice coughing up any saliva and trying to prevent swallowing any. Lowering stress and cortisol will help reduce saliva as well. Getting some Tu Si Zi (Dodder Seed) and boiling 15g/day and taking 2 mugs/day should help your hypothalamus/Pituitary/Adrenal axis and also lower your cortisol levels. As would Eleutherococus Senticosus Siberian Ginseng. Anti histamines might also help but those can also affect stomach acid production which you do not really want.
Your runny nose is very significant and so are the hick ups/burps and I am glad you mention it. The undigested food molecules are entering your blood stream causing an immune reaction and histamine release which triggers saliva and nasal mucus production which helps feed the bacteria with what they want - urea to neutralize your stomach acid. The hick ups or burping is carbon dioxide being produced by the urea (saliva)+urease reaction.
You need to consume protein which is as low reacting as possible such as protein powders made from Pea/Rice or even eat hydrolyzed protein although that is more expensive. Amino acids in appropriate ratios would be best of all but more expensive but will not cause reaction apart from maybe the acid content.
Get some Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin 5mg tablets and consume a lot of them circa 30mg/day as it upregulates T Suppressor Cells which should put the brakes on your immune response. Start with 10mg morning and then spread throughout the day and see how you get on. It should help.
Taking herbs to stimulate your circulatory system such as Cinnamon, a little cayenne and ginger. Some licorice might be helpful too but you do need to be very careful with it as it can cause potassium loss and you might already be potassium deficient. I suggest that you read about it and it's effects and be VERY careful with it. Short term use only. Ensure that you get lots and lots of Potassium. Have you had your potassium levels checked? It can be very dangerous which is why I urge caution. Bananas are great BTW.
Hopefully that should help improve things so that you can begin fighting the cause and be a bit more able to help yourself.
Best of luck Marcus.
