I did my first Master-Cleanse while working full time and had no problems. But your work environment is different! Rather than the issues you mentioned, I might be more concerned about being able to get to the bathroom right when you need to! If you can handle that, I think you will be fine. The first 1-3 days are the toughest so maybe you can start over a weekend to ease into it. Good luck!
