Hi. I think it's candinda, toxin overload and perhaps Lyme. One of the symptoms of Lyme is bad reaction to any amount of alcohol.
You should balance your blood sugar. If you eat food with a high glycemic index (sugary food) or drink alcohol, your blood Sugar drops and you can experience anxiety and general discomfort. You should eat regularly and mainly meat, vegetables and lot of fiber... very little or no simple carbohydrates.
You can also have leaky-gut due to Antibiotics , it means your gut is impaired and toxins are absorbed instead of eliminated.
I would recommend good probiotics, essential fatty acids and magnesium (not oxide) + using Himalayan salt for electrolyte balance.
