Depression, IBS, thyroid and what not?!
OK, I eat healthy, nutritious food. I do sports, I do candida/liver/
parasite cleanses and yet I am still anhedonic and anxious. Apparently I did improve when I took synthroid + methizol but now I have normal thyroid hormones, it's just my antibodies are high AntiTPO 122 or something, so it looks like autoimmune. I have crooked fingers on my hands, bulging eyes and I see black shadows and lights if I am not using my Zinc/astaxanthin/vit C supplement. Always either too tired or too hyperactive. I have to drug myself with a Benzo to not get panicky in an airport, crowds make me feel like they suck my energy. I am gluten-, grain-, and sugar-free since ages, basically I eat mostly veggies and meats. I have allergies to dust, mites and whatnot.
But as a kid I was so healthy and felt comfortable in crowds. I've done so many tests and they all come OK - vitamin D and calcium - ok (I even overdosed on both of them and got chest pains), all other things are OK. I did kill some
parasites with Nitroscanate (Lopatol) and started passing mucus and Candida strings. Yet I still get IBS and overactive mind, I just cannot calm down. Tried everything - yoga, meditation, all my blood results come clean. Could the reason be my Pectus excavatum? But I feel it's not that, I think I have adrenal fatigue, but the AF diet and huge amounts of natural vitamin C did not help at all. I pray and pray to God, but still no doctor can dx me correctly, I hope someone that had those symptoms reads that! Low it seems like I have almost everything sometimes. Thanks!
