thanks for your reply. I am browsing through internet and came to many post of curezone, finally i found a post

talking about roundworm(ascarisis)
which looks like exactly same as mine.

But Still today my Ova and parasite test came negative .
I am still passing the same thing through stool and feeling worm inside my stomach.

Can someone please help me how to diagnose this or for other possible parasite i
