Re: Mineral Deficiency, not sure what!

I feel worse as well when on high levels of vitamin D, so I take it only a little bit at a time.
To counteract the high D3 levels, vitamin A and zinc are needed.
Can you still tolerate green herbs? This is the season to get out in your back yard or the forest and find some edible herbs. Goutweed, nettle, and dandylion leaf are all excellent sources of beta carotene and the chorophyll that is easily absorbed.
If you have vitamin A around, It can help bring back balance.

vitamin's A & D promote each others receptors
each vitamin (A & D) stimulated the production of its own receptor.
Remarkably, however, vitamin D caused a 3-fold increase in the production of vitamin A's receptor and vitamin A caused a 3-fold increase in vitamin D's receptor!

A short summart: L-form bacteria make a metabolite that locks with vitamin D receptors. Vitamin D is an ANTI INFLAMMATORY nutrient that lowers immune system activity. Flooding it in on top of an infection that is already lowering the immune system means that much of the healing and defensive activities needed by the body for normal function is interrupted.
Newport suggests in his post better nutrients to use to promote the healing effects attributed to vitamin D3.
